Refund & Dispute Policy

Overview

At CodePigeon, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development and marketing services. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we have established this policy to address refunds and disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

Payments/Invoices

Client invoices are billed at the beginning of each month and are due on a net-15 basis.

  • If you need to cease work on your project, please note that all currently billed work will be due and payable in full.
  • If you are unable to pay your invoice, please contact us in writing at support@codepigeon.co.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The contracted project is cancelled by CodePigeon, LLC before work has begun
  • A specific milestone deliverable is not provided as outlined in the project scope
  • A critical service level agreement (SLA) has not been met, as specified in your contract

Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Contact your project manager to discuss any concerns
  2. If unresolved, submit a formal dispute in writing to support@codepigeon.co
  3. Include relevant project details, specific concerns, and desired resolution
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
  5. Resolution will be sought through direct communication and negotiation

Monthly Services & Subscriptions

For ongoing services and maintenance plans:

  • 30-day notice required for service cancellation
  • Pro-rated refunds available for unused service periods
  • No refunds for partially used months
  • Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage direct communication before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Additional chargeback handling fees
  • Termination of current and future business relationship
  • Legal action to recover funds and damages
